Christian Malford are delighted to have Howard Greenman, Wiltshire Councillor for the Kington Ward to open the new Christian Malford Play Park at 4pm on Friday 25 July 2025.
As part of the celebration we will be providing a free BBQ and soft drinks.
All welcome, but especially if you have children who would enjoy this new facility.

This consultation is considered targeted because it focuses on the fifteen specific changes, which have resulted in small increases to the development boundary area compared to the boundary presented in the Preliminary Environmental Information Report (PEIR) for Stage Two Consultation.

ONLINE INFORMATION EVENT – As part of this targeted consultation, they are also holding an online information event on Thursday 19 June 2025, from 18:30 to 20:00 (via Zoom), where members of the public will be able to meet the Project team and find out more about the localised changes being proposed. Communication Lines for Island Green Power:
Urgent Closure of: Church Road (Part), Christian Malford; from its junction with Coronation Close for approximately 70m in an Easterly direction on 2nd June 2025 will be closed to all traffic in the interests of public safety to enable Wessex Water to carry out urgent pipe replacement and other associated works.
Access will be maintained for residents and businesses although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
These works will commence on 2nd June 2025 and are anticipated to be required for 3 days between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00. For further information regarding these works please contact Wessex Water on 0345 600 4600.
