Maintenance Officer

The Parish Council have appointed a Maintenance Officer on a Contract basis to maintain the assets owned by the Parish Council, including the Rec, Meadow and Burial Ground.

The main duties include:

  • Regular Inspections and Maintenance of the Recreation Ground, Burial Ground, Malford Meadow and Defibrillator.
  • Carrying out minor improvements when required.
  • Improving, cleaning and maintaining assets such as the bus shelter, noticeboards and seats, etc.
  • Emptying the Council’s litter bins.

The Lead Councillor responsible for the Maintenance Officer is Mike Lawrence.
